Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
On May 11, 2018, effective as of April 18, 2018, MRI Interventions, Inc. (the “Company”) and Shaw Investment Company, LLC entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to that certain Standard Industrial/Commercial Single-Tenant Lease-Net, dated April 21, 2008, as amended from time to time. The Amendment extended the term for an additional five years, established the base rent for that period and provided for a tenant improvement allowance.
The foregoing description of the terms and conditions of the Amendment is only a summary and is qualified in its entirety by the full text of the Amendment, a copy of which will be filed with the Company’s Quarterly Report on 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2018, which is incorporated into this Item 1.01 by reference.
