Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event On March 4, 2024, the Company completed a public offering of 2,307,694 shares of our common stock offered at a public price of $6.50 per share. Pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement, the Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 346,154 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less any underwriting discounts and commissions, for use solely in covering any over-allotments.
Net proceeds from the offering totaled approximately $14.0 million after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The underwriting agreement contains representations, warranties, agreements and indemnification obligations by the Company that are customary for this type of transaction.
