ClearPoint Neuro Launches Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ClearPoint Neuro, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLPT) (the “Company”), a global therapy-enabling platform company providing navigation and delivery to the brain, announced today the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of its shares of common stock. All the shares will be offered by the Company. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock in an amount of up to 15% of the number of shares sold in the offering.
